A whole system or a simple booking app: I build it to fit and take care of everything. All you have to do is watch it work.

Technologies I build with

  • Next.js
  • Supabase
  • React
  • TypeScript
  • Tailwind
  • Vercel
  • Built-in AI
  • PostgreSQL

01 — Your Problems

Nobody's lying. Nobody just knows.

Nobody knows the real stock

The system says one thing, the warehouse says another, and whoever decides is left guessing.

The technician writes it on paper

And that paper shows up two days late, soaked, or not at all. What happened in the field is gone.

Every report eats half a morning

Someone opens five spreadsheets and copies, pastes and reconciles by hand what should come out on its own.

Everything lives in WhatsApp

Photos, orders and confirmations in a chat nobody can look up later.

02 — My Solutions

Apps that do one thing and do it well.

I don't sell abstract services. This is what ends up installed and in use.

Inventory control

Before: Monday's count is worthless by Wednesday.

After: stock updates itself the moment someone logs an entry or an exit.

Work orders and maintenance

Before: each machine's hours live in a notebook, and maintenance happens after something already broke.

After: every machine flags by hour meter before it breaks, and that creates the order, with an owner, a deadline and a closing photo.

Invoicing

Before: invoices are typed by hand from data copied elsewhere, and some never get collected.

After: they come straight from what you already recorded, and what's still unpaid is in plain sight.

Appointment booking

Before: appointments live in a notebook or a chat, and every so often two collide.

After: your clients book themselves, get a reminder, and you open it and see the whole day.

Client portal

Before: they call to ask where their goods are.

After: they log in and see it, with photo and time.

WhatsApp assistant

Before: someone answers the same questions all day.

After: the assistant answers with real data from your operation.

Management dashboard

Before: you ask for a report and wait.

After: you open the dashboard and it's there.

Website and catalog

Before: your catalog is a two-year-old PDF.

After: a website that updates itself from your own system.

03 — How it works

Working with me takes work off your plate, not onto it.

  1. Francesco Boschetti30 minutes

    A call

You tell me how you work today. You don't need to know what you want, just what hurts.

  2. 48 hours

    Fixed-price proposal

Scope, number and timeline in writing. You approve or you don't. No surprises later.

  3. 3 days

    Clickable prototype

You try it before a single line of final code exists.

  4. 2 weeks

    In production

Your people using it. No training, because it's built around how they already work.

What I need from you: one call, and someone on your team to answer the occasional question. That's it. Servers, domains and backups are on me.

04 — Real cases

In production, with people using it every day.

Processes lived on paper and in different people's heads. Nobody had the full picture.

  • Real-time inventory, no manual counts
  • Work orders with hour meters and preventive alerts
  • A management dashboard and an operations dashboard, each to its own
  • AI assistant with live access to inventory, orders and costs

real figure pending

Everything ran on WhatsApp and phone calls. The client would ask, and nobody could answer on the spot.

  • Two portals in one app: operator and client
  • Every event logged from the phone, with photo and time
  • On-screen digital signature on delivery
  • PDF report per shipment, with timeline and photos

real figure pending

05 — What worries you

The questions people don't always ask out loud.

The code is yours.

A repository in your name from day one. If someday you stop working with me, your system keeps running.

Fixed price before we start.

You approve the scope and the number. No surprises halfway through.

I don't deliver and disappear.

Maintenance and new features, if you want them.

I handle everything technical.

Servers, domains, backups. You manage nothing.

06 — Contact

Tell me what's getting out of hand.

I reply within 24 hours. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you on the first call and won't waste your time.
